Types of Reg CF Forms We Support
Issuers must regularly submit the following Regulation Crowdfunding forms to the SEC:
Form C
Primary offering statement—issuers must disclose the type of security, offering amount, and general company information.

Form C-U

Form C-TR
If a company wishes to terminate its annual reporting obligations, it must file a Form C-TR. This notifies investors and the SEC that they wish to terminate the registration of their securities.
